2 tsp Hain Featherweight no sodium baking soda

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1 stick unsalted butter (softened to room temperature)

3/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
•
2 large eggs (at room temperature)
•
1/3 cup plain yogurt
•
2 cups mashed bananas (3 to 4 large ripe bananas)
•
2 Tbsp honey
•
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
