3 andouille sausage links, thinly sliced

2 ears of corn, each ear cut into 4 pieces then each piece cut again in half
•
2 tablespoons melted butter
•
1 tablespoon olive oil
•
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning (more if desired)
•
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
•
Fresh parsley, minced
