1-14 ounce jar Ragu Homestyle Pizza sauce (it's the lowest in carb)
•
1 pound italian sausage (check carb count, should be less than 1 per ounce)
•
2 cups of shredded Italian 5 cheese blend (Kraft makes one with romano, parmesan, provolone, mozzarella, asiago)
