INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pounds boneless-skinless chicken breasts (about 3-4 large breast halves)
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ((1 oz))
1 cup crushed pork rinds ((1 oz))
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon granulated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large beaten eggs
2 cups low carb Marinara Sauce ((I use Rao's))
6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ((1 oz))
