Low-Carb Cheesy Cheeseburgers

INGREDIENTS
1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning with garlic, onion, black pepper and sea salt
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
15 dill pickle slices
12 pickled jalapeno slices
6 thin slices onion
Optional: ketchup, prepared mustard and shredded lettuce
