1/2 small red onion, minced (30 g/ 1.1 oz)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (57 g/ 2 oz)

1 cup paleo mayonnaise (220 g/ 7.8 oz) - you can make your own mayo

1 tbsp white wine vinegar (15 ml)
•
3 tbsp granulated Swerve or Erythritol (30 g/ 1.1 oz)
