- 1 1/2 C. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice (may substitute tarragon vinegar)
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
How To Make low-calorie boiled brussels sprouts

Step 1Place sprouts in a saucepan with water and salt. Cover and boil gently for 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain, then season with pepper, lemon juice and nutmeg; serve.
