Louvi - Black eyed Peas

INGREDIENTS
250 grams black eyed beans
1 bunch of silverbeet or chard (about 3 cups)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 – 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon, dill or fennel fronds
Salt (with moderation) and freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup lemon juice*
4 cups water
