INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
2½ tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning, or more to your liking
¼ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 pound lump crab meat, picked through to remove shells, being careful not to break up lumps
½ cup panko, I season mine with Old Bay
Canola oil
