INGREDIENTS

6-7 Russet potatoes about 3/4-1 lb each

1/2 cup butter, room temperature

1 cup half and half, warmed for about 1 minute in microwave
•
1-2 teaspoons salt
•
1 teaspoon pepper
•
1- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
•
3 cups grated cheese (I use Medium Cheddar or Co Jack)
