6 Tbsp hot sauce (I prefer something habanero-based or hotter)

Topping:
•
2 cup fiesta blend cheese (can be cheddar-jack or any type of Mexican-style blend of shredded cheese)
•
1 cup crumbled bacon
•
1 cup diced green onion
•
2 whole jalapenos, diced
