3 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered (can use any other type of potato)

2 cloves garlic, peeled
•
1/4 cup butter
•
3/4 cup milk (I used soy milk)
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
2 tablespoons ranch dressing seasoning powder
•
1/2 cup bacon, chopped (I used real bacon bits)
•
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
•
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
•
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
•
Additional bacon, cheese, and chives for garnish (optional)
