Loaded Chicken Burgers

"What are they loaded with you ask? VEGGIES! I packed these burgers full of grated zucchini and spinach. Oh and a bit of feta cheese too! These healthy burgers are packed with flavor and such a great meal prep recipe. You can also use this recipe to make chicken meatballs as a nice way to switch it up. 1 egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup crumbled feta
2 cups chopped spinach
1 zucchini
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup diced red onion
