INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. (900 g) chicken breasts
2 teaspoons (10 ml) sesame oil
1/4 (60 ml) cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml) oyster sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
1/2 cup (120 ml) chicken broth
1 tablespoon (5 g) fresh ginger, peeled and minced
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. sliced white mushrooms
1/2 head shredded cabbage
3 carrots, shredded or julienned
12 oz. (340 g) long dried noodles (spaghetti, linguini, or ramen)
