Water - 4-8 ounces (boiled and cooled)

Fresh lemon - 1

Ginger root - 1 inch, thinly sliced
•
Grape juice (you may use apple, grapefruit, or orange juice) - 8 oz or 1 cup
•
Flaxseed oil (or extra virgin olive oil)- 1 tbsp (slightly increase the quantity every day)
•
Garlic cloves - 1 (increase by 1 clove each day)
•
Cumin powder - 3 to 4 pinches
•
Fresh Mint - 3 to 4 leaves (optional)
