INGREDIENTS
2 cups warm water (about 105°-110°F)
2/3 cup nonfat instant dry milk
2 tablespoons active dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 large egg
5-6 cups bread or all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted, for brushing on the dough before rolling up)
