INGREDIENTS
1 pound dried linguine
Kosher salt
6 cloves garlic (chopped)
½ cup shallots (finely chopped)
extra virgin olive oil
1 cup dry white wine (Sauvignon blanc, Trebbiano, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 pounds Littleneck clams
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup parsley (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons parsley (for the toppings)
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
