¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon zest
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped and reserved
FOR THE FILLING:
2½ lb. cream cheese, softened
1¼ cups sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1½ tsp. orange zest
1½ tsp. lemon zest
½ tsp. vanilla extract
5 whole eggs, plus 2 yolks
¼ cup heavy cream
