Liisa's Best Banana Nut Bread - really-it's that good!
"This is one of the best banana breads out there. It's very moist and full flavored. Often, I'll put in mini-muffin tins for the kids (cut the baking time)...it is really that good!! Hope you think so too!..."
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oil (I use a canola)

1 cup sugar
•
2 eggs, beaten
•
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
•
2 cups flour
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
3 tablespoons milk
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
•
1/2 cup chopped pecans
