1 large egg
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons minced onions, dry (recommended) or fresh
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
For the sauce and serving:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups fat-free milk
2 cups cooked pasta, egg noodles or rice
