"Khmer style lemongrass bbq beef skewers...."
INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp of kreung paste
•
2 tbsp of honey or sweetener (add more if you like it sweeter)
•
1 tbsp of chicken bouillon
•
1 tbsp soy sauce
•
1 tbsp oyster sauce
•
1 tsp sesame oil
•
3 tbsp noh char siu seasoning
•
1 tbsp sesame seeds
•
1 tbsp vegetable oil
•
3-4 lb of chuck beef cut into 1 inch thin slices
•
24 bamboo skewers soaked in water
•
6 cloves of garlic
•
1 knub of galangal
•
1 knub of ginger
•
3 thai chili
•
2 stalks of lemongrass
•
1 knub of tumeric
•
(be sure to blend them all in a blender) the traditional way is to mash it in a mortar but I find that takes very long if you are on a time crunch.
