2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest
•
1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/4 teaspoon salt

Vanilla Lemon Glaze:
•
1/3 cup softened *"Earth Balance Organic Coconut Spread "
•
2 tablespoons light colored honey
•
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon water to desired consistency
•
