1 c. canola oil
1 T. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. shredded zucchini, drained
juice and zest of one lemon
3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
3 c. powdered sugar
juice of one lemon
