1 3/4 Shredded Zucchini
1/3 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups All-Purpose Flour or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Sifted Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
