1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Truvia (or 1 cup granulated sugar)
3 large eggs
zest from 2 lemons
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted (or canola oil))
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Truvia (or1/3 cup granulated sugar)
powdered sugar
