Lemon Velvet Layer Cake
"I haven't tried this cake but it sure looks good. Its a Splenda Sugar Blend cake. If you try it before I do, let me know what you thought of it. Hopefully it will be yummy...."

1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
•
1 teaspoon lemon rind
•
2/3 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
•
2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
•
1 cup water
•
2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
2 tablespoons lemon rind
•
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
•
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
•
2 tablespoons Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
•
1 teaspoon lemon rind
•
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
