Ingredients: 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, 3 ounces; 1 cup granulated sugar; 2 large eggs; 1/2 cup milk, 4 ounces; 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour, 6 ounces; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon salt (decrease to 1/4 teaspoon if using salted butter); 2 tablespoons finely grated lemon zest, packed, from 3 lemons; Topping; 1/2 cup lemon juice (about 3 lemons); 1/2 cup granulated sugar
