For pan sauce:

¼ cup (½ stick) butter or margarine
•
Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
•
2 Tablespoons sugar
•
For filling:
•
¾ cup margarine or butter (6 Tablespoons), melted
•
1 cup sugar
•
Zest of one lemon
•
For glaze:
•
1 cup powdered sugar
•
1 ½ Tablespoons water
•
½ Tablespoon oil
•
A few drops of lemon juice, optional
