1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

3 large egg yolks
•
1 cup half and half cream
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
1 cup sour cream
•
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
•
2 teaspoons powdered sugar
•
finely sliced lemon peel for garnish (white pith removed)
