Lemon Sour Cream Pie

Name: Lemon Sour Cream Pie

Yield: One 9-inch pie
Ingredients: Cream Cheese Crust - I used Crisco's recipe; 1 cup granulated white sugar; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest; 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice; 3 large egg yolks; 1 cup half and half cream; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 cup sour cream; 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream; 2 teaspoons powdered sugar; finely sliced lemon peel for garnish (white pith removed)
