For the filling:
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
Zest of 3 lemons
•
Zest of 1 orange
•
2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
•
For the icing:
•
1/3 cup powdered sugar
•
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
•
1 tablespoon whole milk
•
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
