1 1/4 cups chopped scallions
1/3 cup chopped mint
Salt and pepper
2 large potatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
1 tablespoon grill seasoning
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1/3 cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 kaiser rolls, split
4 leaves bibb lettuce
4 slices yellow tomato
4 slices red onion
Sliced sweet pickles, for garnish
