INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter (melted)
2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk
1 tablesoon lemon zest (1 medium lemon)
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 to 4 lemons)
3 large egg yolks
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
