4 large eggs plus 6 large egg yolks

1 cup plus 1 T. of sugar

1 T. plus 2 t. finely grated lemon zest
•
3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
•
6 T. cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
•
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
•
Chocolate Ganache:
•
1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
•
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
