1 large egg plus 3 egg yolks
•
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces

3 tablespoons limoncello or other lemon-flavored liqueur

For the meringue:

3 large egg whites
•
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

7 tablespoons sugar
