1 Tbs grated lemon peel

1 tsp lemon extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt
•
1 1/4 cups sour cream

For the icing:
•
1/4 cup sour cream
•
2 tablespoons butter, softened
•
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
3 Tbs lemon juice
•
2 tsp grated lemon peel, optional (I left it out)
