1 tsp salt

½ tsp lemon zest
•
4 tsp fresh lemon juice

¾ C non-fat buttermilk
•
2 eggs, lightly beaten
•
3 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
⅔ C fresh blueberries
•
For the Glaze:
•
¾ C confectioner’s sugar
•
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
•
¼ tsp vanilla extract
