1-2 tsp garlic powder (depending on how garlicky you like it)

2 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp olive oil

Youâll also need a cookie sheet and an oven-safe baking/cooling rack with small slats that the cauliflower canât fall through. If you donât have this you can line the pan with parchment paper.
