6 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (3 to 4 average-sized lemons)

1/4 tsp. minced garlic
•
8 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

For the Toasted Pita Chips:

2 seven-inch whole-wheat pita breads
•
1/2 tsp. vegetable cooking spray
