1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon dried dill Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 pounds salmon 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
