INGREDIENTS
3 large eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (2-3 lemons). Do not use bottled lemon juice.
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature and cut in chunks
1 Tablespoon lemon zest
