3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice

Black Tea Frosting

2 large egg whites
•
1 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/3 cup strongly brewed black tea
•
1/8 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 cup strongly brewed black tea

Beat egg whites in a mixing bowl until foamy & thick, they should mound, but not peak.
