Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened; 2 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 2 large eggs; 1 1/2 cups sour milk; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 teaspoons lemon extract; 2 teaspoons baking powder; 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour*; Lemon Glaze; 1 1/2 cups Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar; 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; *Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
