Name: Lemon Cake
Ingredients: Zest of 3 lemons; 6 eggs; 2 cups sugar; 1 stick + 1 tbsp. melted butter; pinch of salt; 3 1/2 tbsp rum (I omitted this); 2 2/3 cup of cake flour (not self rising flour); 3/4 tsp. baking powder; 3/4 cup heavy cream or creme fraiche; 1/3 cup water; 3 1/2 tbsp. sugar; 2 tbsp. lemon juice
