Ingredients: INGREDIENTS; 1/2 cup butter; 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*); 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 cup milk; 1 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 2 large eggs; Grated rind of 2 lemons; Lemon Glaze; 1 teaspoon lemon juice; 1/2 cup Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar; *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
