INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel (zest from 1 lemon)
4 1/2 teaspoons (22 ml) lemon juice (I used 1 medium lemon)
2 1/4 cups (270 grams) flour
1 1/2 teaspoons (7 1/2 grams) baking powder
3/4 teaspoon (4 grams) salt
1 1/4 cups + 2 tablespoons (250 grams + 26 grams) sugar
3/4 cup (170 grams) butter softened
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk (177 ml) I used 2%)
