INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 Tbs. (1 stick) unsalted butter,at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbs. finely grated lemon zest
1/2 cup chopped pecans
For the Lemon Syrup:
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
