3 cups all purpose flour ((plus extra for dusting pan and blueberries))
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp grated lemon peel
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup butter, softened
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs (room temperature )
2 cups fresh blueberries (washed and dried)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
