½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
½ cup canola oil (50g)
1½ cups granulated sugar (300g)
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lemon zest
2¼ cups all purpose flour ( fluffed and leveled, 293g)
3 cups blueberries (fresh)
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 package cream cheese room temperature (250g/8oz)
1¾ cups powdered sugar
¾ cup heavy whipping cream (30-35% cold)
zest of 1 lemon (use ½ for a milder flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
