1¾ cup All purpose Flour ((210 grams) seived and levelled)
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
¾ cup Granulated Sugar ((150 gms) )
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Sour Cream ((120 gms))
¾ cup Milk ((180 ml))
⅓ cup Unsalted butter ((75 gms) melted or Oil)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Zest of a Lemon ((save ½ tsp for glaze))
1 tsp Pure Vanilla (optional)
1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp Confectioner's or powdered Sugar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Lemon Zest
