•
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
•
Table salt
•
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
•
2 Tbs. finely grated lemon zest
•
1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
•
4 large eggs, at room temperature
•
For the garnish:
•
3/4 cup lemon curd
•
Confectioners' sugar, for garnish
